Heathy Breakfast Recipe: Banana, Almond & Cacao Smoothie

Here is my super DELICIOUS and HEALTHY breakfast smoothie recipe.

There are so many amazing benefits in this morning smoothie.

Banana: Plenty of fibre to keep you nice and full
Organic Cacao Powder: Full of antioxidants and high in magnesium
Almond Milk: High in calcium
Chia Seeds: Protein, minerals and high in Omega 3

What you will need

1 Frozen/fresh banana
1 cup almond milk/soy or regular milk
1 tablespoon of organic cacao powder (more if you like a lot of cholcate flavour)
3/4 tablespoon of chia seeds
20 Almonds
1 tablespoon of honey (more if you like it sweet)


Add the banana,almond milk,chia seeds, cacao powder and honey into your blender (I use the magic bullet blender) and blend until it's nice and smooth.
