Napoleon Perdis Light Switch Luminizer Palette

Napoleon Light Switch Luminizer Palette

Ahhh...YES! Another highlighter....

I have recently been getting back into using more natural looking highlighters especially during the day because I find that they look a lot more flattering in natural light. I have been loving the highlighters that give a natural looking sheen to my cheeks, which are subtle enough to not look like a disco ball! Not that there is anything wrong with that!... thats more more weekend jam!

I mean just look at this Napoleon Light Switch palette....isn't it just beautiful? It's the one palette I have been wanting to try out for the longest time! The Napoleon Light Switch Luminous Palette is a universal highlighting and cream blush palette that glides on effortlessly to gently highlight the cheeks and cheekbones in the most natural yet effective way ever.

This purse friendly palette comes with a bronzer, blush and three highlight shades in gold, ice pink and silver. It is marketed as an luminizer palette, I think that is because it has a softer pay-off than a powder highlighter and I find that it doesn't 'highlight' any problem areas on my face, especially open pores or fine lines. The creamy formula has a slight sparkle once applied and dries down a little bit, but does not have a cream to powder finish as the luminosity remains the same as first applied.

What I really like about the colour selection is that it has a few different shades to suit different skin tones as well as being versatile enough to use on the eyes as a cream eyeshadow or eyeshadow base. The shade options allows you to create a custom highlight for your skin tone as the shades mix well together.

I think the best way to apply this is: firstly warm the product up with your finger tips and apply after your foundation and concealer. My tip here is don't apply this over powder as the product can stick to the dry powder which did happen to me. Just dab on your cheekbones and make sure you blend out the edges well!

Napoleon Light Switch Palette is available at for Price: $70 AUD
